As part of this journey, I’ll offer you ideas to explore and exercises to try on your own, at your own pace. The next session begins with a review: What did you try? How did it go for you? This valuable time for discussion allows us to tailor your support.

A 75-minute session: 180 € by video, 220 € at Cruel Boudoir.
Expertise and mentoring pathway
3 sessions of 75 min, content to be defined together according to your needs.
Flexible format : possibility of adding interviews, combining video and face-to-face sessions.
Budget : from €500 (3 x 75-minute visios), depending on your project.
